   Theresa and I made believe on the evening of January 10 that you were not only celebrating the release of your CD but that, far away in LA, you were entertaining me on my January 10 birthday . . . which made it easier for us to cope with the diasappointment of not being able to enjoy your show in person.
   We'll be looking for "The Funky Supervillain" to appear on store shelves soon.
