Back on the Road

Well I've got a busy few days ahead of me. I leave tomorrow morning for another tour with the boss-man; Vegas, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Jacksonville in five days. Crazy, right? I'll be back on Monday night.

    I hope you get to see Josh and David while you're in Jacksonville. Have fun on the road. It looks like Joyce won't get to see you in St. Louis since it is a benefit. I think she is coming for the release party though.

    lym: last night I saw in Jazz Times that Steve is playing the Vitoria jazz festival in Spain (July). Does that mean I should be insane with envy because you're going?

    and the bill---wow--two Marsalis brothers (Wynton w/LCJO and the trombone guy whose name I just can't spell...), sonny Rollins, etc etc.

    Can't wait to hear if this is a gig for YOU!

    It sounds like the old 'scheduled to play routine'. Hopefully it will pan out. I've never been to Spain, but I kinda like the music, they say the ladies are insane there and the sure know how to use it. Am I getting depressed? My life is becoming a musical.
