Bye Bye Daddy

In an hour or so I leave for tour. It will be the first of many sad goodbyes between me and Milo. Wish us luck!

    Maybe you've already noticed this yourself, or perhaps not: Rob's first trip away from Haley was kind of a nice thing (for him; it sucked for me). He slept a lot and did what he wanted, when he wanted. He had uninterrupted meals, movies and sleep.

    I think he missed ME a lot and felt badly that I'd been left to contend with baby alone. But I do have pictures of the day he came back from that trip and he and Haley both look very very happy.

    I'm not saying you should enjoy this because I'm sure its difficult to leave that little love nest but it might not be all bad to catch up on some sleep.

    How is this working for you? Sleeping a lot? Eating a whole meal in one sitting? Not me, but I get to have Milo's company, and I wouldn't trade that. We miss you so much and can't wait for you to come home!
